The 1st call for FP6 closed 24 April 2003 at 17:00 in Brussels.
The Commission does not accept any changes to the proposal after that date.
A consortium of 132 organisations, representing 537 researchers
and 87 Doctoral students submitted the proposal for a Network
of Centres of Excellence for Reseach and Education in Digital
Culture at 12:40 that day.
